How it works

Registration happens via our tailored Registration Platform. In order to use the Platform, first you need to set up your account (we suggest using your contact or affiliation email address as your login name). Once you have set up your account, you can start registering for the Symposium. The great thing about this Platform is that not everything has to be done in one session. Since every user has their own account, you can log in, save your data, log out at any time and resume the registration at your convenience at a later time.

The Registration Platform allows you to:

•    Register for the Symposium
•    Submit your abstract(s)
•    Apply for a Travel Grant
•    Run for the Young Scientist Award
•    Pay the registration fee

Please note that children under 10 years old can be registered for free as part of their parent/guardian registration (in such a case, children’s names and surnames are to be provided in the “Accompanying persons” section in the Registration Platform). Children ten years and older must be registered and paid for by their parent/guardian separately, as regular Accompanying Persons (choose the participant category “Accompanying persons (no presentation)” in the Registration Platform).

Remember, you don’t need to complete all the parts of registration in one session, but for successful registration, all the steps must be finalised before the deadline, either Early or Late, depending on your preference.
